Merge

I'm assuming the list was there due to the lack of Category. As there's not going to be more than 30 downed skills, we should not need a seperate list for them. - Infinite - talk 19:10, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

I think it would actually be better to merge this and "List of downed skills" with the Category:Downed skills. We would have the list (detailing effect, cost, activation time and etc) together with the category (allowing easy navigation). Erasculio 19:53, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
