Karma rewards for karmic attunement

Can deny that players receive Drop of Liquid Karma for all fractals. Lower scales (T1/2) award less karma than higher scales (T3/4). Additionally, it seems that on a select number of scales the karma is not awarded at all; this is more than likely a bug. I'm uncertain of how many drops the lower tiers of the attunement award.
