Does this event occur for all players?

Just wondering. It makes the most sense for Charr players who join the Vigil (as based on the events of that storyline). --Messenger 15:16, 30 November 2012 (UTC)

I've tested with characters of all races and so far only characters who joined the vigil trigger it. And it doesn't matter what stage of the vigil story. I have a character with "A Fragile Peace", before Ajax is killed, and it triggered like with other vigil characters. Mith🌟Talk 16:47, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
