my wiki-fu is no good, but the fisherman will spawn at this spot https://imgur.com/QVaMdQH south of the Wynchona Rally point. seems to be despawned most of the time, which makes him obnoxious to find if you're looking for him. 77.111.247.7 03:52, 15 July 2018 (UTC)
