What time zone is the event schedule countdown for?

I was looking at the table, and it said that the 2 pm Golem fight was 2.5 hours away. But for me, 2.5 hours from now is 9 AM. --ZianaSue-- 1/16/2021 06:25 ET

This is going to blow your mind, but the timer uses javascript to always calculate the appearance time in your local timezone, and the countdown applies to any timezone.... if the time is appearing incorrectly for you, I would suggest either (a) your computer's clock is set incorrectly, or (2) your wiki account's Special:Preferences under the "appearance" tab has the wrong "time offset" applied - personally I use time offset zero + let the js fix all the times. -Chieftain Alex 11:56, 16 January 2021 (UTC)
