Reason not to aoe: killing little mobs can cause them to machine gun fire bleed/cripple at people. I find best way is who ever has aggro on big boss is to kite it and then have a theif or high aggro aoe player to spam low dps condition aoe on boss: this usually draws aggro of the little mobs to them so this player then kites those at back of room. If done right, you can down this boss super fast. Sadly 99% people like to spam aoe and sit on that ledge b/c they are lazy; end result is I get wasted by 10+ stack bleed which is usually insto death.
