I believe current description: "Consuming this item will unlock dialogue with Yokko, enabling you to activate the Cosmic Energy effect within the Mistlock Observatory." is wrong. I have Data Key Log, I haven't consumed it and I have access to this dialogue option with Yokko (whether Data Key Log is in my inventory or in the bank). --Nasurelin (talk) 12:58, 3 September 2017 (UTC)

Same here. I'm not sure what consumption gets you but I was able to get the new dialogue with Yokko while holding the item. I'm thinking completing the achievement sets a flag for it. SarielV 03:46, 11 September 2017 (UTC)
