Talk:Collect as many casino coins as possible before time runs out!

During at least the first round of the event, it appears that Zafeer Casino Blitz Information is the one making the announcements (the dialog is shown above his head, despite showing a different NPC name in the actual chat logs). During later rounds, it seems that it may be a different Casino Blitz Information person that does the talking, but I couldn't identify who/where they were during those events.
