I'd like to know why I can't buy this bowel of soup on the TP. Secondly, I can't buy it from the WvW vendor, and thirdly, I can't discover the recipe as a chef. what gives? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.161.72.170 (talk).

The soup is account-bound, so it can't be sold on the tp. (Why ANet decided to make it account-bound, I can't say. You'd have to ask them.) The recipe must be learned via the recipe sheet, so it can't be discovered by throwing ingredients together. The recipe sheet, which is also account-bound, can only be purchased from the WvW vendor once the Provisions Master upgrade has been mastered by your character. —Idris 04:37, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
