There's two variants of the Technician: an air version and a fire version. You want the air version. The attack is a big charge attack that'll stun you.

I found mine in Dry Top, in the Inquests base beneath Repair Station Waypoint (). There were only fire ones in the cavern, but there were some air ones in the exit south of the base, on the ramp leading out. --Imry ☎ 23:20, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
