Talk:Bloodstone Visage Skin

I was looking forward to getting the bloodstone visage skin for my necro and after trying it on I'm bummed, I can hardly see the effect. My eyes glow red a little bit but not even looking close to the preview window. What gives? Is my head too big? Anyone notice it not working on their asura? I need to find out if it's asura wide before I use a makeover kit to downsize my melon. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.71.151.179 (talk • contribs).
- Just tried it out on my Asura. Couldn't really see the eye glow (maybe because she has purple eyes). The red wisps did not go very far out from the head. Yeah, it looks much less impressive than the preview window. -Azurem (talk) 14:04, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- I believe the preview window image was taken before they fixed the bug associated with it. When they did so, they toned down the animations/effects as well :(. I'll throw an image request up since this image is no longer up to date, and is leading to confusion. -Darqam 14:32, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- The image is still up-to-date, I just checked. Or at least... I don't think it has changed. Here's one from a few minutes ago. I see no difference, to be honest. I can throw up some images for the other races as well, if you want me to. talk 14:43, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- Edit: There you go. The effect on asura and charr looks very lacklustre compared to the one visible on humans. That's because the effect doesn't scale properly if the eyeballs are larger. talk 15:02, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
