Is this skill only available to human Engineers? I've unlocked several "Prayer to" skills on my human elementalist and it says I've also obtained the "Blessing of" versions, but I cannot use them because they do not appear on my skill list anywhere.

Yes, because it is a tool belt skill, which is the engineer's profession mechanic. —Dr Ishmael 20:48, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
