I have a feeling this is going to get nerfed in the near future, whether it's by changing NPC AI or changing its effect. Right now, because NPCs don't run away from it, you can perma-blind them with a little extra Initiative-related traits. -Narane 19:00, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
- Those extra traits will mean giving up things like 'Hard to Catch' or 'Fleet of Foot' which are invaluable to countering CC - That means it's balanced, look up 'opportunity cost'.
- Plus, NPCs aren't suppose to run from it. Black Powder combos with your Vital Shot, making your auto-attack blind as well. Can't run from that. Hahaha. --JunBerry 17:51, 28 September 2012 (UTC)
- It has a hard counter that they have been throwing around a lot in the mid-upper levels: Dredge.
