Received this as a drop from Imane's Grateful Gift after completing the Epilogue. Wife did not receive it from the Gift. Is it a chance drop?208.107.127.40 06:10, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

Just for the record, the item was later sent via in-game mail to those that did not receive it, so this was confirmed a bug and resolved. ("We're sending you the Banners of Dynastic Reckoning item, as we believe an in-game issue may have prevented you from receiving it.
