This is found on the north eastern corner of the map. Go up the river north of the "Ruins of the Mirror of Lyss" PoI, go up the path until you reach the plateau on top with the fury of the brand. From there, go up the spiral with your skimmer until you see a chest surrounded by a protective dome. if you get close to the chest a Champion Anomaly spawns, so I suggest to take some stealth skills or consumables.

Seems the boss is bugged, even if killed, it respawns every time someone interact with the chest. 19:26, 02 October 2017 (CET)

Under the Notes section it say the trio of branded anomalies are Veterans. When I encountered them today they were Champions.
