Update on 5 March, 2019

The update to this skill added 20% burn duration to the Justice passive effect. Evidently, this stacks above the standard 100% condition duration. My Guardian already had 100% Burning duration (4s burning from Justice passive instead of base-line 2s), which has now increased to 4&3/4 duration, with the appropriate additional damage. My condition duration tooltip in the Hero Panel still reads 100% duration. ~ A R A ~ (talk) 04:59, 6 March 2019 (UTC)

Another note: This change doesn't seem to impact the Permeating Wrath trait on the Justice trait line. While my Justice passive now burns for 4&3/4, Permeating Wrath still only burns for 4s, of course dealing less damage. ~ A R A ~ (talk) 05:01, 6 March 2019 (UTC)
