When the player is under this effect, they'll see Anomalies of different sizes performing the /point emote.
Acquisition[edit]
Can be acquired by interacting with a Veil of Visions at various locations:

Refugee Clinic — . - up the stairs near the Astral Ward Barracks — .
- a bit south of Dream Connector —
Notes[edit]
The player must be under this effect to progress the Secrets Unobscured achievement.
