Stench is an effect players can receive from with Potatlan in Astrozintli Forelands.

Notes

• If a character with this effect approaches hostile Corpse Flies, they will become neutral and follow the character. This will work with both aggressive (red name) and non-aggressive (yellow name) ones.
• The corpse flies will follow the character even after the effect ends.
• There doesn't seen to be any limit on how many corpse flies will follow the character.
• Characters can approach Potatlan while followed by flies to make him kill the flies. This will count towards Potatlan's Renown Heart.
