- Standing near the lava at Destruction's Maw with a Strange Rock in the inventory will offer a dialogue that will allow to convert it into this item.
- On the right horn of the southwestern rock skull (left horn from the perspective of the skull).

Strange Rock in the inventory - The strange rock grows hot to the touch.
Leave.
Throw it in the lava. (Exchanges 1 Strange Rock from the inventory with 1 Round Lump)
