Calculation

• (0.075 * Power) + (0.03 * (Level^2)) + 8 damage,
• (0.075 * Power) + 200 damage at Level 80.

Notes

• Its behavior is identical to Retaliation, excepting it can't be removed.
• Applied to the following enemy NPCs:
  • Champion Colossal Mordrem Thrasher
  • Pyroxis
  • Tsuko Talonedge
