Polished Aurillium is an effect applied to players after using the Polished Aurillium. It allows capture of the tormented energies within the Twisted Castle during the Traverse the Twisted Castle event. While the effect is active, the player must have ~18 stacks of 
Madness before it will turn the Polished Aurillium item into Tormented Aurillium.
