Please Follow Me to the Exit is an achievement re-released with the Battle for Lion's Arch release in 2022 - it was originally available in the 2014 release Escape from Lion's Arch.
Please Follow Me to the Exit Again is also documented on this page as it has the same objectives. Completing it will also give credit for Please Follow Me to the Exit if it hasn't been completed previously.

Walkthrough[edit]
These objectives are available in the "The Evacuation of Lion's Arch" instance of Escape from Lion's Arch (story).
These objectives do not have to be found during the same instance, however it is possible to complete the instance first to clear the miasma, and then find the the evacuees.
