What is this place? It looks like a super secret spy hangout.

What a funny observation. No, we are merely a quaint little off-the-beaten-path bed and breakfast. And, we have no vacancies, so please leave immediately.

But this is a cave... with no beds. You sure this isn't a spy nest?

You have quite the imagination. If this were a spy nest, and you had accidentally discovered it, then wouldn't we have to kill you?

Not if you were spies for the good guys, right?

No, even if we were the good guy spies, and you uncovered our spy nest and then refused to leave when asked, then we would have no choice but to kill you... eventually. Think about it.

I just came to discover the undiscoverable.

Then you have achieved the unachievable. Welcome, I'm the liaison for the web of informants the Order maintains here in Lion's Arch. You should know what exists just below this city's shiny surface.

What information do you have?

We've heard of a dead drop smugglers use to move contraband through the sewers. They cut a hole in one of the columns in Agora that drops down to the sewer itself. But we don't know the column's location.

Anything else?

The pirates who run the Undermarket have been seen entering and leaving the city in strange places. My guess is they gave a network of tunnels in addition to the sewer passages. The Order is... concerned.
