3	Tentacle Flurry	40.75¾	12	Whip nearby foes with a flurry of stinging tentacles.
4	Dark Water	0.75¾	30	Release a cloud of deadly jellyfish neurotoxins.
5	Healing Cloud	2	30	Release a cloud of mist that heals you for 350 and grants regeneration to you and your allies.

Players can gain this effect by speaking to Kema in Caledon Forest during Defeat Michin in a jellyfish battle.
It has no duration, but is automatically removed if you go outside the blue ring.
