The Hall of Confluence is located in the Southern Wizard's Tower, inside The Wizard's Tower. Inside the hall are the Pillars of the Bastions of the Natural, the Obscure, the Celestial, Balance , Strength, and Knowledge, as well as the Astral Translocator.
How to get there[edit]
It is only accessed through the chapter Tower of Secrets.
