Is this really "soft trinity" or more "mechanics"? --JonTheMon 14:18, 30 March 2012 (UTC)

Sorry for the late reply, it seems it slip through in my notification mails.
The project is about combat mechanics, which are summarized so far in the soft trinity of control, support and damage when it comes to players and characters. But explaining combat is the true aim of this project and it involves many other game systems, from attributes to user interface, but those should not be detailled here, only their interactions. -- User Leonim Sig.jpg Leonim [talk·contribs] 20:57, 4 May 2012 (UTC)

Future update[edit]

I should add a word for potential collaborators. With the last beta, changes were seen, many questions were answered, some are still in the air, some are new. But the game has still along way to go when it comes to providing information about combat mechanics : even the foundations are not in, like the description of the ten attributes, uniformity of their naming and related effects.

Skills are bit by bit getting accurate descriptions, especially about effects, range and damage... but the wiki still has to digest those paramaters.

At the time of the next beta weekend, this project will kick starts and try to provide verified or proof-tested information. So if you see greay areas or contradictions in mechanics or articles, actually especially if you see them, add a comment here so we can throroughly pin that particular mechanic next test time. Thanks and see you later. -- User Leonim Sig.jpg Leonim [talk·contribs] 20:57, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
