Ground targeting

The goals of this project is: add all Ground Target skills to a Category add GT details to Skill infobox. Suggesting using "Ground Target | Yes/No/Trait" with link to enabling trait e.g Necromancer Wells add a GT information/icon to any description of the skill outside of the skill page e.g. in the Weapon Pages, Skills by profession, add a column for Ground Target add a page (FAQ?) about Ground Targeting Much of the work to [identify skills already done] by User:Dr Ishmael Would be nice to get the GT GUI overlay resource from ANet directly. I can see that this is no small under-taking due to the use of SMW - I am not dettered! Still, it's a major change so I doubt I'll be implementing this without permission.
