Grenth's Mark is an effect placed on players by Elite Risen Wraiths protecting Ghasem, High Priest of Grenth in The Ruined City of Arah (explorable). When the duration runs out, players will receive damage equal to 101% of their maximum health. However, the attack can be avoided through evading, blocking, or becoming invulnerable.
