Files are in the file namespace, you can't move them to the user namespace. Tag the image with {{user image|1Mavn}}--Relyk ~ talk < 15:36, 16 February 2015 (UTC)

If this is for your signature (as the summary states), then you should reupload a non-animated version resized to 19px tall. The wiki's thumbnail engine only produces a static image of the first frame, we discourage animated images in sigs anyway, and it's easier all around if your sig image is already the correct size. —Dr Ishmael 16:08, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
