Slipper shoes...[edit]
Are the bomb dot com. I don't know why the earlier Sylvari weren't all wearing those! :D They totally fit the race, and look great to boot. --Amannelle 22:56, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
- That's some ugly armor. And how can sylvari get that radiant of a tan? Eive 23:35, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
- Awww I think it's exquisite! :D Absolutely beautiful, imo. And who's to say they don't start out that way? Sylvari aren't like humans, so they don't have to "tan", and besides, there are humans who have the skin color without tanning. :) Yes, the world does have more than just Caucasians. ^^ --Amannelle 00:09, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- All other images of sylvari we've seen? This is like orange-yellow, and looks nothing like a plant should. If this is the redesign, then I am disappoint. Also, your GW2G avatar wouldn't be accurate anymore. Eive 01:26, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- We have seen non green/skin tone skinned Sylvari I think... Aqua (T|C) 01:27, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, non-green, but not to this extreme. Eive 01:33, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- So somehow brown, blue, and yellow are considered shades of green? o_O Really, we've seen quite a bit of variety... I don't see how this skin tone is any different? I mean, if it were bright red I'd see some point in talking about it, but it's just another shade of plants. Tropical plants, types of grasses, and certain flowers all have this color. :) --Amannelle 04:38, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- Blue? When? The best examples I can show are File:GDC 2010 sylvaributterfly.jpg and File:2009 December sylvari 03.jpg. The former looks like someone was toying around with how a sylvari would look with Caucasian skin color, wouldn't base much off of it. Then the latter is all shades of green except for the one, required ethnic guy (don't try to argue that point, you know its true). This is radiant orange-yellow. Anyways, we haven't seen much of the sylvari in the last 6 months or so, so who knows what they look like now. Anyways, these are just our opinions. I think this is disgusting, and you find it beautiful. The only solution is to agree to disagree. *extends olive branch Eive 05:34, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
