Since the April 19th update, I think his appearance is randomly generated every time you load into a map, sometimes it's the same, sometimes it's something else. Can anybody else verify this so I know it's not just me going crazy? - Do_odleplex 17:06, 2 May 2016 (UTC)

Yeah, which is why I really want to double check some of the norn merchants now, not sure of some of them are randomly generated or are just really outdated. If this is the case, I think the best thing to do is just take one picture then have a link on the page to an image that shows each of the other models an NPC might have. - Do_odleplex 17:23, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
