No it's not, after checking the other quaggans listed, apparently the picture you used is used by 5 quaggans(4 chiefs and one renown heart) but the other 23 used the picture I had. I linked those 5 to the original picture that you put here and reverted this image back to the what I had as the others use that skin pattern. Now I'm gonna double check the other hat quaggans to see if they have that variation in skin pattern. - Do_odleplex 01:26, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
