Looks more like Dredged Shiping from the bottom of Orr's Ocean before/after the 'Rise' --Neil2250 , The Zoologist 17:00, 24 March 2010 (UTC)

Could be a rework of Amnoon and the area north of it in Salt Flats (a bunch of ships and sales that were wrecked and overrun by Riders). -- Konig/talk 20:33, 24 March 2010 (UTC)

Or since zhiatan's Island came up from the water, all water is returning to the sea,and this is what is left after the ships dredged from the sea got pushed to it--Neil2250 , The Zoologist 21:26, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
