Suggest heading anti-clockwise:
- Take the northeast entrance out of the initial building, run up the stairs, jump along the wall heading west - use a griffon from the end of the wall to dash over to the first supplies.
- Dive down for #2 (avoid the ground)...
- ...and pull out of the dive to get to #3
- Run along the top of the buildings, then jump off with a second griffon dive
- Dive further down to gain speed, cross the mine and pull up out of the dive to reach the last one. Then head northeast to the Jackal Sand Portal to get back up to the starter NPC.
