Collect sediment from the fallen Exalted for Arcanist Mariette (80) event. These are located at the bottom of the pit below the Northwatch Pylon. Interacting with one gives you 1 stack of 
Bloodstone Sediment, which is displayed as a red crystal near the player's head.
