Appearance of the Eavedroppers effect seen in the vicinity of a Sonic Periscope.

Eavesdroppers is an effect that triggers when the player nears a Sonic Periscope. In addition to the icon in the effects listing, purple waves radiate from the character model. The effect itself does nothing and is used simply to alert the player that there is a periscope nearby. The effect ends when the periscope is destroyed, the player moves sufficient distance from the periscope or after 30 seconds from application.
