- Hello, friend! Owens is the name. I trade in delicate alchemical compounds. Should you see my delivery expert, Estelle, on the road, an extra hand wouldn't hurt!

- You here to help me deliver my supplies? Go to my dolyak and grab a bundle, then take it up to Trader Estelle at the top of the bazaar.
How am I supposed to haul supplies up there?
- I've enchanted the supplies. They use the Aspects that Zephyrites use to get around. Talk to the Aspect trainers along the way, but don't take too long.

- There's good news and there's bad news. The good news is my alchemical compounds are a great success! More fun for the festivalgoers[sic] means more contributions to the Lion's Arch relief fund.

- The Zephyrites are about to depart once again-this time for who knows how long. I'm half-tempted to go with them, but I don't think Girl here would be very comfortable.
