This nav is to big, perhaps we sould split it. Perhaps this isn't the best solution but this thing isn't good to navigate anymore. - Yandere Talk to me... 08:04, 16 November 2012 (UTC)

I noticed that as well. We can split it by region, add a parameter and switch statements.--Relyk 08:11, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
I thought about something like this: Ascalon • Kryta • Maguuma Jungle • Ruins of Orr • Shiverpeak Mountains • Other - Yandere Talk to me... 08:17, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Do it like this. Or put them in collapsible tables.--Relyk 09:13, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
I don't believe the nav box is too big as it is, simply make it wider so that there can be more entries per line. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 09:35, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Even if you make the box so wide that every region just takes up one row is still pretty monumental.
I looked at your suggestion, Relyk and I would modify the whole thing a bit: User:Yandere/Template Sandbox - Yandere Talk to me... 12:15, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
I tried collapsible tables, but its just so much uglier than using divs (even when the styling of the div version is copied the hard way), its not really worth it. I've edited yandere's code a bit to produce: User:Chieftain Alex/sandbox/Jumping puzzle nav - which doesn't require any editing of the jumping puzzles to integrate the nav :P --Chieftain Alex 15:55, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Oh clever, but shouldn't the second switch also ask for the pagename? - Yandere Talk to me... 18:08, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Blatant copy/paste is blatant. good fix :P --Chieftain Alex 18:55, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Since the updated version of my proposal is found here: User:Chieftain Alex/sandbox/Jumping puzzle nav
I thought I use this space: User:Yandere/Template Sandbox to take my shot on the whole collapsable expandable thing.
I have to say I like the split approach more...
By the way the event at the moment is not to handle for my computer, so yeah no world event for me tis weekend, mor time to wiki :P - Yandere Talk to me... 21:06, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
I don't even own this game, I'm just bored :P
You may consider adding padding-left:54px; to the header row style in the collapsible table version - this offsets the centrally aligned bit taken up by the [hide] - i.e. it doesn't center properly with collapsible tables. --Chieftain Alex 21:44, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
Ah cool, I always wandered to to have them nicely centered. You don't own the game... That is unexpected O_o. Anyway I think this is a good shot for the nav so I will update it... - Yandere Talk to me... 00:24, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
Sure go for the update. (bah I was actually thinking of the div constructed ones, I got the feeling the collapsible tables were a bit bulky) --Chieftain Alex 00:26, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
(the collapsible table version is actually bigger than the previous one so kinda bad :> ) --Chieftain Alex 00:28, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
I am fin with either, and I relized that the ' wasn't parsed correctly, so this one i better, from a technical stand point ^^ - Yandere Talk to me... 00:33, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
I'm thinking we should go with your original template now :P (for some reason the pagename switch seems to be borked) --Chieftain Alex 00:34, 17 November 2012 (UTC)

(reset) Jup, I relized that they had all problems with Craze's Folly for example.

Fixed. truetype character → ascii. well done for spotting the ' symbol.--Chieftain Alex 00:39, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
SMW would remove the need for the name and region variables :3--Relyk 01:29, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
btw, pagename won't work for the puzzles with (jumping puzzle) suffix.--Relyk 01:31, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
