Talk:Astral Ward Skyscale Attunement

I have just added this missing Effect (even though it is called an Attunement). I believe that the In-game description is incorrect regarding how to obtain a Skyscale in Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure (assuming that you do not have one already!). It could deceive gamers and they may search for it on this wiki for more information. I did not know what number to add for the effect, or how to find that out, so I see it is listed in "Category:Effects_missing_id" (I expect some kind soul will fix that!).
