Schematic: Dragon Banner can be crafted by Scribes once a guild has acquired the Scribing: Dragon Banner from the War Room. When it has been crafted it will go to the Assembly Device and wait to be added to the WvW Processing Line. Dragon Banner is added to the War Chest when it has finished processing.
