Rent-a-Mount is an effect applied to players upon paying 10 
to rent a mount from the Festival Mount Rental during Lunar New Year, Roller Beetle Rental and Raptor Rental during Dragon Bash, and Mount Trainers during the Festival of the Four Winds.
