Status reports. How's the war going?

There's good news and bad news. We started making progress against Joko, but then the Forged showed up and added a whole new wrinkle to things.

What was happening with Joko's forces?

They started becoming disarrayed. Like their command structure was breaking down. Made it easy to isolate and destroy small detachments.

Any idea what happened to cause their loss of focus?

I'm not privy to the top-level intel, but I heart rumors that Joko himself was MIA, and that's why they were so disorganized.

How's the fight against the Forged going?

Honestly, not well. We still don't know how to fight them effectively. There's only one thing that keeps them from overrunning us completely.

What's that?

They're just not all that interested in fighting us. They'll launch raids to keep us contained, but never an all-out assault.

Why do you think that is?

Their objective is somewhere else. First they were moving north. Now it's more southeast, into Vabbi. Beyond that, I can't say.
