Primeval Nobles are Elonian ghosts from the Primeval Dynasty that can be found standing near the entrance to the Tomb of the Primeval Kings in the Desert Highlands. While they cannot be interacted with and do not offer any dialogue, they seem to be absorbed in conversation with each other.
