Mistward Helm Casing is a trophy required for the Mistward Headwrap collection.

Acquisition

• Successful completion of the King of the Jungle meta-event. The item must be retrieved from the Gerent's Chest which spawns beside the Ley-Line Confluence Waypoint.

Notes

• While the hint description states that the item is acquired from defeating a Chak Gerent, it's actually awarded for successfully completing the meta-event in Tangled Depths which requires all four Chak Gerents to be slain.
• Can be safely sold or discarded after acquisition.
