Dialogue[edit]

Outlander, I'd watch my step if I were you. The sands are treacherous, harboring dangers that could take travelers unfamiliar with the region by surprise.
Talk more option tango.png What dangers?
Devourers, sand eels, and even Forged lurk in the dunes, waiting for easy prey to pass by. You look like you'll do okay in a fight, but we often get defectors from the south who aren't so lucky.
Talk more option tango.png Defectors?
Exiles from Joko's kingdom are required to work the farms of the Gladefields. Some try to leave, fleeing Joko's domain for the safety of Amnoon, but the trip is hard and extremely dangerous.
Talk end option tango.png Thank you for your time.
Talk end option tango.png I'll be careful.
Talk end option tango.png Thanks for the heads-up. Good-bye.
During the devourer event
Devourers are ambushing defectors who move too close to their burrows. We must drive them out before more lives are lost.
Talk more option tango.png How do I help?
A good mount is all you'll need. Most mounts have a powerful sense of smell—they can even track devourers that are inside burrows.
Talk more option tango.png Who are the defectors you mentioned? (Same as Defectors?)
Talk end option tango.png I'll mount up, then.

Talk end option tango.png I see. Thanks for the explanation.
Talk end option tango.png I'll do what I can.
