Having this item in your inventory (not bank) will allow you to interact with the tablets that have "The Final Speech of the Last Forgotten to the Exalted," transcribed by Bogani the Walker of Vabbi, scattered around Tarir.

- Obtained by talking to Sage Laural in Tarir, the Forgotten City.

- Once the achievement has been completed, the item can safely be destroyed as it serves no purpose other than interacting with the tablets.
