Power /Ferocity - Strike Condition /Expertise -condition Precsion/ Strike + Condition
Precision should be a shared value for both Strike and condition. Reference to sigil of bleeding/ sigil of agony. Yes conditions dont directy crit , however several conditon traits /sigil inflict condition upon crit.
