About My Proposals[edit]
My proposals are more like concept ideas I've created in photoshop. From here two things could happen:
1) The community likes a design and I put more time into making it look professional. I would then need help coding it as a page.
2) Another user likes a concept and borrows ideas, go for it! I really don't like coding so by all means use what you want. I can supply any of the brush strokes or effects as pngs.
