Speedy Reader is an achievement in the Explorer category that is earned by reading all parts of the Founding found in the Stronghold of Ebonhawke in a single "sitting," i.e. interacting with each of the books without leaving the zone. You do not have to read the books in any particular order nor page through all their content. Number 18 is on the wall above some market stalls, near to the waypoint. Jump up next to the merchant, Carly.
