So I recently discovered that the wiki is not a forum. If talk pages for articles are supposed to be restricted to just discussion about edits to that particular article, shouldn't there be some sort of giant bold notice when people go to edit a page that informs them of that policy? I'd have made fewer silly off topic comments if I'd known.
